SGE requires 24 hour notice for all cancellations prior to your appointment time.
Same day cancellation/rescheduling will be charged a fee of 50% of your original appointment cost. This fee is a result of not being able to fill your spot at such late notice.
No call/no show will be charged 100% of the booked service to the card on file.
Every appointment comes with a 10 minute grace period. Failure to arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will result in your appointment being canceled/rescheduled, which results in a fee of 50% of your original appointment cost.
Arriving prior to your appointment time is encouraged! For first time guests, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for consultations or changes to your existing appointment.
Booking
Late
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment for a later time.
Payments
We accept all major cards. Card information must be on file to receive appointment confirmation.
No Call / No Show
When an appointment is missed without notice, the card on file will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service as this time was reserved and cannot be filled last minute.
